The residency does not allow partners or children. We want to offer quiet, dedicated time for creative work. We do, however, allow for partners to apply for residencies together. If they are both accepted, then their residency fee is adjusted to $800 for ten days to accommodate two working creatives.

We suggest that people rent a car during their time at FTRC.

How many people are in residence at once?

There is only one resident at a time on the ranch. We want to make sure that everyone has focused creative time to do their work. The solitude of the ranch is one of its greatest assets.
